Camperships are available for deserving youth no matter what council they come from.  Deadline for applying for camperships is in February.  The campership application is available HERE!

Our hallmark camper participation program has been a highly visible part of our Quivira Scout Ranch for over 40 years.  Here is what you need to know about the Tribe of Quivira! 

 Join us and units from 5 states for the one of the best resident camping experiences.  Adventure, advancement, innovative programs, fishing, canoeing, and lifelong memories.  Air Conditioned family style dining and hammock camping available! Quivira Scout Ranch can be your spring and summer destination!

Trusted Troop Program – if your unit is selected and hosts Maverick Scouts, the hosting unit receives 1 free leader slot!

Recruit-a-Unit – Camping is more fun with friends!  If you recruit a new unit to Quivira Scout Ranch, you receive 1 free leader slot for the first 10 youth the new unit brings to camp.  11 or more youth = 2 leader slots! 

Come Home to QSR!  Has it been ages since you were at Quivira Scout Ranch for your resident camp? Boy,  have you been missing it and we want you home!  1 free leader slot for your unit (in council only) if you haven’t been with for five years or more! Come HOME!

Out of Council Units – Quivira Council doesn’t charge extra fees for out of council guests.  If you are a new out of council unit, you can receive 1 free leader slot for every 10 youth!  Come join the family!

New Member Accommodation: For those youth joining BSA after December 20, 2019, they will be enrolled at the same rate available when the unit first booked registration.

Webelos Crossover Accommodation: Webelos Crossing to Troops are enrolled at the rate that the unit secured when it opened the registration process with deposits placed. Only after transfer paperwork has been received by the Council. 

New Unit Accommodation: For new troops chartered after December 20, 2019 (Scouts BSA) ,the unit has 60 days from the date of charter to open registrations for Camps at the EARLY BIRD RATE. After the 60-day grace period, the regular schedule of fees applies.

Any adult who is remaining overnight with youth must be a registered member of BSA and have completed the Youth Protection Training, regardless of the length of the camp. This is for the safety and well-being of all guests and staff members.
